"I'm a contractor working for the department of defence over in Sicily Italy. I have a 2008 FatBoy and needed someone to special order some parts for me. I emailed the service departments of at least 15 other dealership all around the America and your service department was the only one to respond to my email.
Johnny quickly identified the parts I needed and ordered them. When they arrived at your dealership Johnny emailed me with the status of the parts them mailed them out to me the same day.

"I recently relocated to Washington DC to work a project for the Department of Defense and be closer to my family in Pennsylvania. I brought back my 2000 Ultra from California, had it serviced at Schaeffers and subsequently traded it in January 2009 for an 05 Softail. Eric was Schaeffers point man on the sale and answered all my questions via email while I was on the road and was there to complete the deal. The entire Schaeffers team are a model to what a Harley experience shoult be...honest, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and family oriented. "Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you Schaeffer's HD and their staff.
In particular, a sales lady by the name of Cindy.
Via telephone, she placed an item on layaway for me, even
though I've never been in your place before.
I picked up that jacket along with several other items and
was very impressed by a courteous, friendly, and helpful
staff.
While browsing the whole facility, I repeatedly encountered
staff who were friendly, and willing to answer any questions
I had.
Peering into the service shop, I noticed well kept work
areas and staff working even on the day after Thanksgiving.
After this experience, I realized the mistake of not
purchasing my first Harley here.
I won't make that mistake again !!
Great people and I'm sure the service my bike will receive,
will be every bit as good.
How refreshing to know there are still places that care
about people, not just their money.

"being from connecticut and having bought several bikes in the past few years while out on road trips "NOBODY" even comes close to the experience we just had at Schaeffers. my trade/purchase for a 2008 screaming eagle ultra classic was an experience never to be forgotten. from chris in sales and jim from f&i to geoff and right to the top dennis schaeffer himself everyone and i mean everyone was nothing shy of fantastic to deal with. we had friends with us who next year will be buying a new bike and will absolutely make the trip to schaeffers for that purchase. talk about blowing the customer away these guys know how to do it."

"In late 2004 when I decided to buy (2005 Wideglide) I was directed by another HD rider to Schaeffer's. Truly a testament to Schaeffer's as he lives much closer to another HD dealrship but makes all his major HD purchases here! I walked in the door and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly atmosphere and relaxed business attitude. Truly a joy for a HD newbie!
