The passage by Congress of the 2009 Economic Stimulus Package includes a Federal Tax deduction on state, local and excise taxes you pay on new on-road motorcycles. The tax deductability applies to new motorcycles purchased between Feb. 17, 2009 and Dec. 31, 2009.
